For the ones who are planning how to make your vacation special, this DeoTibba trek is the perfect option for you. This six day trek starts from Manali and takes you through several moraines, wild forests and steep climbs. Deo Tibba Base Camp trek is one of the most picturesque treks in the Himachal region which offers landscapes ranging from alpine forests, meadows (locally known as thatch), waterfalls, moraines and a high altitude lake with blue water known as mini-Chandratal (4480m).
The trek offers great view of snow clad peaks of Deo Tibba (6001m) and Indrasan (6220m) along with the glaciers of Jagatsukh and Deo Tibba. If the idea of trekking to Deo Tibba brings out the vision of scenic mountains and lush meadows and beautiful peaks, then you have indeed landed up at the right place. Chikka, Seri, Tainta and mini Chandra Tal are the scenic destinations of your trek which give you ample time to observe the purest form of nature abundant with alpine flowers, the glimpses of the famous peaks, the rivulets and the popular Ravi River. Camping amidst the landscapes will be an entertaining option as well to sleep under the sky looking at the twinkling stars.
Day 2: Delhi to Manali (2000 m) 570 kms16 hours by night tourist bus
Full day sight-seeing in Delhi; transfer to the bus station by evening and the night journey in comfortable bus.
Reach Manali by morning, check in the hotel, and by walk visit Manu Temple – old Manali, Hadimba temple, Shiva temple and Tibetan Monastery in the town, the main attraction of Manali. Free by the afternoon to stroll in the market, night in the hotel.
After breakfast drive to Prini village, the path leads through the Village by a zigzag trail to the valley floor and offers an extensive view. Reach Khangpa village of Saten, the people of Khangpa community have migrated from Spiti (Tibet in the olden time). They still move as nomads of Chang-Thang till now.
Trek through breathtaking landscapes, the meadows surrounded by high mountain ranges just below the Hamta Pass, on a grassy slope. Inan impressive surroundings, here the rocks assume wonderful colors. Chikka (the camp site) is followed by a River, Alain Nallah and its snout isHamta Pass. Finally we reach Chikka.

The whole area is surrounded by high summits, hanging glacier, and massive moraine. This is true alpine zone that we are trekking in. Afternoon we spend time in exploring the surroundings.
Trek gets little steeper in the beginning and after that all the way descends down to Raurikhaudi. Local shepherds of Kullu Valley can be seen grazing their herds of sheep and goats.
Jogidugh occupies a very famous place in the Hindu mythology, especially for the local habitants of the Valley. Said to be a very holy place of Thakshag nag (the serpent god).

Scenic trail descends to Bhanara, there is an old temple of local God near the village and another historic cave (ARJUN GUFA) where the Pandavas are believed to have taken refuge during their exile. Get down to road side and drive back to Manali.
Visit Vashisht Well known for its hot springs and temples of sage Vashisth and Lord Rama, which are the main attractions in the town; by Evening transfer to the bus station to board a bus to Delhi, night in the bus.
